Create Surveys for WordPress. Inspired by the groundwork of Survey Fly, which it was previously inspired by Instinct Entertainment’s Survey Creator Plugin. That give me the base to do these modifications and have a new great plug-in! Thanks out to them for letting me use their code. Some features: Create, modify and retire surveys; Up to ten answer option with horizontal, vertical and dropdown-menu alignment; Backward compatibility with Polyglot plugin; Spanish and Basque localization.

Surveys WordPress Plugin »

The Surveys WordPress plugin lets you add surveys to you blog. You can let the vistors take surveys and see the result from the admin side.

You can see the result of the survey from the admin side – there are two ways to see the data…

Aggregate

This will show the results each question by aggregating all the data so far. This will look like a poll result. This mode is useful to make decisions – you can immediately see the most favored answers in each question.

Individual Responses

You can also view all the answers provided by one visitor.

Suggest Comments WordPress Plugin »

This plugin is just for fun. Sometimes a visitor would like to say that he likes a post. Suggest him some standard phrases.

KB Survey WordPress Plugin »

There are several plugins out there for administering one-item sidebar polls. This is not one of them. This plugin is for administering multi-item surveys–the sort of thing you might use in market research or a sociological study. You can view the results online in summary form, or you can export them as a spreadsheet for statistical analysis.

You must know PHP to use this plugin. It does not have a pretty administrative interface (yet). If people express interest, then I’ll code one. But as it stands now, you create a new survey by creating a new PHP file (it’s not very hard, though). If that bothers you, you might be better off using surveymonkey.com instead of this plugin.

There is a demo of KB Survey at my site. Go take a survey, then view the results if you like.

If you post your support questions as comments below, I probably won’t see them. If the notes in the plugin file don’t answer your questions, then post your support questions on a post in the KB Survey category at my site.
