Quick Subscribe WordPress Plugin »

Allows visitors to quickly subscribe to your blog using only an email address.

The widget will present a text field where the visitor will enter an email address. No email confirmation is sent to the visitor, a user name based on the email address (the email without the @) is created and the password is randomly generated.

This is perfect if you want your readers to easily subscribe to your blog without the need of having an username and password. The ideia is to use the list of subscribers as a mailing to send news, updates or whatever you want to send to your readers.

You can use it together with plugins such as Subcscribe2 and WPMailing

Many blogs offer email subscriptions to their users, however in case of feedburner the users have to confirm their email address before they can start getting updates from the blog. In many cases, users either forget or do not know that they have to confirm their email address.

Notify Unconfirmed Subscribers aims to solve a problem form blog owners by fetching the uncofirmed email subscribers from their Feed burner account and allows them to send a short message asking them to confirm their email accounts.

NUS does not store any username / password details you provide with for fetching the uncofirmed users from Feedburner account.

NUS is compatible with both Feedburner.com and Google Feedburner accounts.
